Here at Figurit, we keep things simple.

Once we understand more about your business, we will provide you with a fee quotation which is fixed.

That’s right, a fixed monthly payment at an amount that your business can afford and is a certain expense. No more hourly rates or unexpected bills!

To make things easier for you, we collect the fee by ACH from your chosen debit or credit card on the first of each month – no payments for you to have to set up.

You pay for the cost of the bookkeeping software that is used for your business (QuickBooks or Xero etc) and you can either pay that directly yourself, or we can pay it and add it to your fee and monthly ACH collection. Whatever is easiest for you.

Our fees include support and answering your questions. Our fees also include and preparing a pack of documents for your tax return preparer each year.
